How to request account deletion and the right to be forgotten in Y factor:

The easiest way to delete your account is to log in to the Y factor app with the account you wish to delete and follow these steps:

1. When logged into the app, navigate to Profile > Account.

2. Select “Delete Account”

3. Confirm your selection with “Yes, permanently delete”

You also can request that personal data associated with your account be deleted at any time by contacting us on the below form with your account details.

Upon confirmation, we will permanently erase the personal data associated with your account, with the exception of information that we may maintain subject to applicable laws, within 30 days.

Please note that once actioned, deletion is irreversible.
